I started solving real business problems at 16, developing a software application that optimized the clinker burning process in a cement plant and showed me early on how technology can create real economic impact. After nearly a decade at Fabasoft as a technical consultant and certified project manager delivering large-scale systems across the DACH region for the public and private sector.
In my 30s, I jumped into my entrepreneurial journey, initially as a self-employed consultant, and later building a mobile innovation division at Phactum in Vienna.
Finally in 2014, together with long-time friends and business partners, I co-founded Tapkey, a SaaS platform that turns smartphones into digital keys. We scaled the company internationally, raised millions in funding, and were eventually acquired by DOM Security, part of the listed European industrial group Groupe SFPI.
Today, I support founders and leadership teams in building and scaling technology ventures. Working with entrepreneurs, contributing to their growth, and helping turn ideas into durable companies is something I approach with strong commitment and genuine passion.
